Shipping & Payment Questions

Do you offer free shipping?

We ship throughout Australia and offer free delivery for purchases over $50.

How long will it take to process and dispatch my order?

  • Orders received before 3 pm will be processed and dispatched on the same day.
  • Orders received after 3pm will be processed and dispatched the next day.
  • Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

How long does it take for my parcel to arrive?

We deliver via Australia Post. Please visit Australia Post’s website for delivery time estimates.

Can I track my order?

Yes. An automated email with the tracking number will be sent to you once the order has been processed and dispatched. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam mail or contact us.

Can I order online and pick it up in-store?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an in-store pick up option for online orders at this time. You are more than welcome to visit us at Westfield Whitfords City to shop in-store.

Can you deliver to a PO Box?

Yes, we are able to deliver to PO boxes around Australia.

What payment methods do you accept?

For online orders, we accept PayPal and Direct Bank Transfer payments.
